All prices are listed in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT where applicable.
Payment can be made by credit card (Visa, MasterCard), PayPal, Apple Pay or TWINT.
The total amount, including any applicable shipping fees, will be shown before completing your purchase.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped with Swiss Post (PostPac Economy or PostPac Priority).
Shipping within Switzerland and Liechtenstein is free for all orders above CHF 60.

4. Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
Sale or discount items are not eligible for return.
Please contact us first via email or WhatsApp before sending a return.
Returned items must be unused, in perfect condition, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refunds or exchanges will be made once the returned items have been received and inspected.
